1. Cancellation Requests
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel services provided by Ripple Digital Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). If you wish to cancel a service, please follow the guidelines outlined below.


2. Cancellation Process
• Service Cancellation: To cancel a service you have booked with us, please send a cancellation request to hello@ripplemedia.co. Please include your name, contact details, and the service you wish to cancel. There will be no refund of any advance payment. Future payments may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances and will be solely at the discretion of Ripple Digital Pvt. Ltd.
• Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.


3. Refund Policy
• Refund Eligibility: No advance paid is refundable unless Ripple does not deliver the service within 30 working days. If the delay is caused at your end, you will not be eligible for a refund. If the delay is caused by Rippleā€™s team, a refund can be worked out after a review of the case.
• Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days of the cancellation request.
