Ripple is an animation studio. Our sole purpose is to create animated product & service videos for businesses. We work with large conglomerates, mid size companies and start ups across the US, India, Singapore & the Middle East. As companies and brands begin to see ROI on video assets, the need for a reliable partner to produce quality content at scale, on time and on budget has become a very real one. Ripple serves as such a partner for its clients.
Our in-house team comprises strategists, conceptualizers, script writers, graphic designers, visualizers, directors and animators. All of us collectively, have one goal – to make 100% of the work we do for our clients memorable.
Founded by Madhura Samarth & Vivek Nathwani, both from a Liberal Arts background and with degrees in Economics from leading universities in the US, Ripple is well placed to serve the global market.
Prior to founding Ripple, Madhura ran Sharp Shooter Films, a video production firm, which was a joint venture with WPP, the largest media group in the world.
During her career in advertising, Madhura has worked with large, global brands including Coke, Sunsilk, AT&T, BskyB, Samsonite and Mentos.
Madhura is an investment banker by training. She spent several years at Brean Murray & Co. Inc. in New York before she decided to join her family business, a TV commercial production company.
Madhura completed her B.A. in Economics from Lawrence University in Appleton, WI.
Prior to founding Ripple, Vivek ran Veri Communications, a corporate communications firm. He worked with several global companies on branding, marketing strategy, internal communications & employee engagement programs.
Vivek started his career as an investment banker, holding senior positions at JP Morgan Chase and Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi in New York. He received his B.A. in Economics from Haverford College, PA and completed his schooling in London.
Smaran has been an animator of repute for over a decade. He was a key player on the animation team of the multi-award winning Japanese animation feature, TATSUMI (a contender for the Best Foreign Film Oscar 2012 and a nominee at the Cannes Film Festival).
Smaran joined Ripple in 2014 as the Director of Animation. He holds a B.A. (hons.) degree in Animation Arts, Media Arts from Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore.
